How to Play

Make an Army Red VS Blue is a Roblox beta runner and army builder by UH Games Offical. You sprint along lanes, choose paths through multiplier gates, spend coins and gems on armor and weapons, then lead your squad into Red vs Blue arena combat. The experience is live on Roblox in early access—created June 27, 2026—not a finished offline launch, so UI labels and balance can shift between patches.

This guide walks through one full session so you understand how each phase connects. Up to five players can join the same server for online multiplayer; the steps below work solo or in a small group.

Join and pick your side

Open the experience from Roblox search or your favorites. You land in a hub where Red and Blue teams compete for arena control. Before your first run, complete the social rewards on Free Egg Tier 1 if you have not already—Like, Join Group, and Favorite grant a free egg reward in-game.

Choose Red or Blue when prompted. Your side determines which army palette you grow and which baseline units appear at early gates. Either team uses the same gate math; focus on path quality rather than color.

The runner phase

When a round starts, your character auto-runs forward while you steer left or right at splits. Each fork leads to a gate with a visible bonus—often a multiplier, flat unit add, or currency burst. Correct gates grow your squad; wrong paths may still pay something, but usually less than the optimal route.

Movement is covered in detail on Controls. On PC you typically use WASD or arrow keys; mobile uses a virtual stick; controllers map to the left stick. React early at splits because momentum carries you past the last safe frame if you hesitate.

Gate selection is the highest-leverage skill. Read Gates and Paths before grinding long sessions so you recognize high-value gates and avoid trap routes that look similar.

Growing and upgrading your army

After early gates, your squad count should climb into double digits. Between segments you reach upgrade stations or shops where coins and gems buy armor tiers and weapons. Spend on units you will keep for the rest of the run—throwaway purchases before a boss fight rarely pay off.

For upgrade priority and DPS versus durability tradeoffs, see Better Army Guide. If you are short on currency mid-run, Coins and Gems explains which objectives refill your wallet fastest without resetting progress.

Arena battles

The runner phase ends in a clash arena. Your multiplied army fights the opposing side or a boss wave depending on the stage. Units auto-engage; your job during combat is positioning if the mode allows it and knowing when to trigger specials or consumables.

Boss milestones gate badge progress. Beat Pharaoh and Beat Emperor are common early goals; strategies live on Beat Bosses. If your squad wipes, note which gate route you took and whether upgrades skewed too glass-cannon—adjust on the next attempt rather than repeating the same path.

Progression between runs

Simulation genre pacing means most power comes from repeated runs: learning paths, banking currency, and unlocking badges like Red Button or level milestones. Check /updates/ after patches in case gate values or egg rewards change.

Co-op tip: assign one player to call splits (“left multiplier, right coins”) while another watches upgrade menus. Five-player lobbies get noisy fast—short callouts beat long debates at gates.

First-hour checklist

  1. Claim the free Egg Tier 1 via Like, Join Group, and Favorite.
  2. Finish one full runner plus arena cycle without worrying about perfect gates.
  3. Replay with the route tips from Gates and Paths.
  4. Invest first gems into a weapon upgrade that boosts your main unit line.
  5. Attempt a boss only after your squad count stabilizes above your previous best.
